Pathetic service Ive ever seen

Will never use it again.

Overall the app is pretty good but a sub-title of the room that we are looking at would be preferable.

Used this app for first time and could not proceed when using a promo code. Poorly written/tested app. Plus they added convenience fee even after mentioning no fee is charged if you use app. Pro: fast Cons: was not able to book a ticket with promo code

Pathetic and ridiculous

I wish i can rate less then one star... if you call them for problem instead fixing they put customer on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnect call... switch customers from one department to another... you feel like chicken without head if you ever call them to fix problem...

I cant change currency from rupees to USD I checked every where. Cant figure it out. It would be great to get to get it polish this application. This is worst company to deal with I have very bad experience this year. No one really cares in this company they take your money and treat you like crap. I had to change date they wanted 150 dollars more than I can buy another ticket and save money most this money was going to MakeMyTrip. Airlines wanted $150 to change date but since MakeMyTrip sold the ticket they additional $500 dollars on top of airline charge. Thats how this company doing business and screwing up the their customers. So please stay away from these company who doesnt care. Thanks

Dont bother trying to get hold of anyone from support. However, their bookings are fast and efficient. Recently I made a Rail booking, got an email confirmation but it doesnt show anywhere in Trips or IRCTC site. They also charge trip insurance without my approval.

App is all good in look and feel but dont share same info as with Website. This is a bummer !!!!

After booking my first train and paying, I never got my ticket and seat number. The app doesnt have after sale service. On the internet I found email and phone number to contact them. I got no reply to my emails and could not reach anyone by phone. The app could only be useful to check availability of trains and fares. I do not recommend.

I have tried using this app for bookings but unfortunately it never goes through! What a shame!

Cant set travel dates on 4Gs with iOS7. ! Screen shows only a line with boxes and week days without dates. No chance to pick the date desired with such a screen.

I have used it many times now and find it very useful and handy

Payback card should be available on the application too

Please add search international flights also. Otherwise app is fine.

Pretty useful when ur on the go and want to book tickets, hotels.

While traveling through India this app has been the most useless one we have used so far. For the majority of attempted purchases they either failed or the app crashed. But the last situation that we experienced today topped them all. We booked a hotel in Cochin, India the day before our arrival. Looking at the hotel and over 200 reviews at 4 1/2 stars overall we were impressed. We booked 2 nights at this hotel. Upon or arrival we used the app and selected the address which brought up the location of hotel which was about 10 km away from our hotel. After struggling to find the cheapest way out to the peninsula we arrived to discover it was not the correct hotel. Same name but a different hotel. The address was different but selecting it took us to the same dropped pin on the map as this other one. Upon looking further into it we discovered all of the 200+ reviews actually belonged to this higher class hotel and not to the one we had paid for. And our hotel was actually 10km back the way we had come. We promptly canceled our 2 nights and I immediately sent in an email explaining the issue and reason of cancellation. We found a place nearby and got checked in. A few hours later I received an email stating that the app nor the hotel would refund my payment So due to a collection of errors 1- incorrect map linking/pin placement 2- false reviews for a hotel. We are now out all of the money for those 2 nights without even the slightest effort to remedy the situation. Im sure this is a rare occurrence but it is enough for me to never use this app again and to give other travelers the heads up.

Dont book with them we paid them in full for 6 tickets got nothing been on phone for 8 hours straight being transfered from one line to the other. Bunch of scammers dont get stuck here!!!

Why cant I do a multi-location flight booking. App just seems to have single and return options. Have looked everywhere. And if it exists, why is it buried??
