Booking are easy but support is nonexistent

Dont bother trying to get hold of anyone from support. However, their bookings are fast and efficient.
Recently I made a Rail booking, got an email confirmation but it doesnt show anywhere in Trips or IRCTC site. They also charge trip insurance without my approval.
