Love the ease of searching for fares and booking tickets!

You do not deserve even a one star rating! It is a pathetic app after the update!!! Every time I check for a flight it pops an Error Message stating that there seems to be a connection issue...Try Again (like how many times to try). Lousy update!

Cheap prices for hotels, good promos, no problem with communication

Hi all, I have booked a flight and within mins I cancelled. I have paid ₹4206 and they refund me ₹1100. Till yesterday I trust them but this service makes me really sad because I always book flight and hotels through this app. Guys there are lots of apps better than MakeMyTrip! I feel really pity bcz they are not concerned with customer feelings and service! As a customer I feel really sad.

When providing a service which a hundred other apps also provide on top.of that a racist bigoted management who are benefitting from our use of their app...No thanks uninstalling this useless product by a shameless company.

When you try to book a bus ticket, even though you are logged into your account thru the app it doesnt sync with bus booking feature. If you try to log in to your account when the option is presented in the last screen of bus booking, it throws unauthorized error and you have to start the process all over again. Fire your development team, better yet, fire the testing org. Bunch of idiots, wasting my time.

There are very good offers and coupons but i could not proceed with payment so i had to use yatra. Yatra app works well.

recently i bookes ticket..entered my passport details there is no way to know if the details validated i got automatic mails regqrding updation of my details tried to conqfvt them but this guys are completly unprofessionals no way to contact them...Please use other alternative

Transactions through this app offer a lot of cash back promotion, that are useless because of unnoticed and unfair terms of condition.

Recently we booked a family trip to Kerala through these folks and believe me every hotel we went we had to literally wait for hrs and work on the reservations new as these irresponsible folks failed to do so . Be careful while booking especially when traveling with family. Their customer support is one of the worst service .

Just horrible. Could not rate as 0 star so had to give 1 star.

Most of the options dont open up. At times the ticketing hangs as well. I like MMT website but not the app. This rating is for app

Glossy app and website doesnt make you best. Please mind your tongue while mentioning or talking about their feelings and sentiments. Am uninstalling it and never ever using this anti national application
