Poor app, no after sale service

After booking my first train and paying, I never got my ticket and seat number. The app doesnt have after sale service. On the internet I found email and phone number to contact them. I got no reply to my emails and could not reach anyone by phone.
The app could only be useful to check availability of trains and fares. I do not recommend.
