Its very useful!

- not able to see my past booked items - not able to pay by international c c - not able to have option to choose 1.5 days hotel booking, being charged unnecessary for .5 day, and you blame on MakeMyTrip policy whereby booking by telephone have such option but the pricing and availability of rooms are different. For e.g. rooms are available on mobile MakeMyTrip vs rooms on desktop MakeMyTrip online access is not available. On enquiry I was told to book via mobile MakeMyTrip. Respective hotel was also surprised why I was charged for a whole 2 nights whereas my request was for 1.5 days only. Pay my money back. - although I appreciate that someone from mobile MakeMyTrip calls you immediately on failure to complete buy out, I would appreciate if you hear the concern of your customer and act appropriately. I spend at least $15 to talk to the customer service every time I try to make a change. I am always kept on hold for a long time. Almost all conversation lasts for 30 minutes or more. Please improve your customer service.

This app is very good interface and user friendly. It is easy to navigate. Links irctc account as well. App gives more offers discounts than website.

Whether really we get the benefits as most of the coupons are not valid for some of the reasons/conditions

* No profile Tab, cant modify anything in the profile * No history

Good app, 4 of 5, cuz of interface design, its still raw a bit. Its not really a big deal, but its not unique app, just another one of many clones. In such conditions 5 stars will earn that one, which is perfect and still grow)

The new app is not good at all. For example cannot go to search for next or previous date as was possible in the older version. Also too many lines per flight details means few flights per page and lots of scrolling.

Not able to see my bookings.

We traveled to Atlanta via Paris and Delhi from Pune on 06 and 07 December 2015 and came back on 29 January 2016. Our booking was done through Makemytrip and service was very good. We are happy and satisfied. Now, we have done domestic booking Pune to Chennai and back for air journey on 25 & 26 May and are happy

This app sends you four (!) notifications every day. Way too many...

Doesnt work. Hangs on the splash screen. These guys dont even let me use the mobile website.

Its a total waste .. Never works

WORST CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT!!! They dont value customers time. NOT RECOMMENDED

Best app & its very handy. Log in book Flights & Hotels within 1 minute of time. Must use this app

Get new updates ...

Next gen look and feel. Easy and convenient to use. It still doesnt support passbook. Please correct it.

The application version 5 is crashing on my phone. Worst update!

We appreciate the new improvements but please make it simple and fast performance like "Kayak app " .
