We traveled to Atlanta via Paris and Delhi from Pune on 06 and 07 December 2015 and came back on 29 January 2016. Our booking was done through Makemytrip and service was very good. We are happy and satisfied. Now, we have done domestic booking Pune to Chennai and back for air journey on 25 & 26 May and are happy

I tried to contact customer service to resolve some issues while payment but no confirmation yet

They dont deserve one star. They owe me more than $400. Can purchase domestic tickets but cant fly. Some how the airline call and say it gets cancelled. New way they get money for business. They cant transfer to another flight either.

I booked a rail ticket after 30 minutes they say its not available and I went on railway on line and got the same booking after that they still havent refunded my money as yet I am surprised they do so much advertising and they dont have money to give me a refund

I love make my trip its amazing huge deals and full offers and discounts I previously used to book from booking.com but now I stopped and started booking from makemytrip coz they are the the the best of best.... Thanx guys for giving us such service

Are you telling me that there is no way to convert the currency to American dollars? App deleted!!!

Make my trip will offer you so many deals. But when you actually try using one there is nothing. Coupons dont work. The price they show during the search and the final price is way different citing pricing had gone up for this flight. Then why do you show low fares in the search itself? They fool you on the cash back offers.

This App is good but its continuos sales pitch with too many messages daily is too disturbing that I may discontinue to use. That is why I am having to rate it only one star.

Makemytrip is best application for hotel booking

Booking is easy and all confirmations are received without any issues

Love this app, works awesome... Though Sometimes notification count doesnt disappear even when youve gone through it.seems like some bug introduced recently..

I canceled 2 refundable tickets 1 week in advance and I got back 8% of the amount that I paid 2 weeks later!!! I received an email with a different amount of course!! I wrote 7 emails, no answer or follow up!!! Awful customer service! Refundable is a totally false statement!!

I am a female passenger. I booked two tickets from my MMT account. I paid for both the tickets using my credit card. Added another male as the second passenger traveling with me. (Note-he has nothing to do with this entire process. I am paying for the tickets). I receive a thank you confirmation in the name of the male passenger. The pass to be added to my apple wallet is in the name of my male passenger I am the + 1. This is extremely offensive and not expected in a world where women walk as equals.

First time Login for wallet cash-when clicking on link first not work at all..

FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE........Insist user to download the app forcefully by giving fake link of winning a prices by spinning the wheel of fortune and send link on Whatsapp to 10 friends. I do the same but nothing happens and I win Lenovo in wheel of fortune. Never trust this app. Never download this app. Fake process for insisting users to download to increase number of downloads. Bad way of Marketing and insisting users to download app forcefully.......Dont believe......Other sites are better like Goibibo, Oyo, Booking, Yatra etc etc.....Go for then for better results......

Very convenient to use only they should stop the regular intimations

Does not work. Tried to book flight from Mumbai to Delhi 10 times. Just kept circling after putting all info in. No confirmation. No tickets. Gave up and booked on Expedia in 1 minute and 47 seconds.

If you travel a lot or once in a while, this is your buddy.
