Nice upgrade to the app.

I love MakeMyTrip app, I have stopped using the website. Be it domestic or international bookings. Small amounts or huge, the app is perfect. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The new app is not good at all. For example cannot go to search for next or previous date as was possible in the older version. Also too many lines per flight details means few flights per page and lots of scrolling.

Had issues with flights not showing in correct time. Customer service is useless and non-existent. They keep sending the same mails asking to look at their web site - going around in circles.

I cant figure out if my flight was booked or not. It just hung. :/ Was I charged? This is absolutely horrible. And you dare charge a service fee for this service??!!

Developers, the app is better than before but critical multi-city feature is not available. I want to take advantage of the current on going promotions with that. Please help!!

I was trying out the app, and after I put credit card the app charged me automatically without a "confirm" screen. Tried calling customer service to cancel and number cannot go through.

Ill give this app as zero star. It is full of defects. I lost 14k because of this faulty app. The travel date gets changed after going to payment gateway. I booked ticket for 15th December 2015 but received ticket for 15th March 2016. Never ever try to install and use this app.

There must be some good phone number to speak directly to the customer service. I wanted to modify a hotel booking but could not do it through online app. Tried calling customer service but nobody picked up. Tried later and it came up as busy.

Hello, its a really good app. Dont need to turn on my Mac every time. I just log into my account in iPhone and can able to do all the things, that I usually do in Mac. Very easy to get around and can get whoever you are looking for very comfortably. I highly recommend people to use this app.

Lot of issues with the app - cant go to settings, cant see the associated payback details etc. At times it says duplicate booking exists but one cant see that duplicate booking.

Using this app I booked three flights. In each, unexplained insurance was added at confirmation. I still do not know what the insurance is for. It is not for cancellation though. I found that for a modest rate increase I could get a shorter flight from Mangalore to Goa. Instead, that increase actually represented a 24 hour layover at Bangalore. What kind of flight booking service shows 24 layover flights for such short distances? I cancelled the flight with no refund possible. MakeMyTrip would have left me stuck in an airport with my daughter for a whole day without making it clear. Oh, and the support link here on the app store? It offers no support options, though you can sign up for a rewards program.

I cant change currency from rupees to USD I checked every where. Cant figure it out. It would be great to get to get it polish this application. Thanks

Hi team kindly fix this issue. I am unable to save the ticket in passbook. Im using iPhone 5 and latest version of iOS

I hate to tell that all offers are fake and they dont standby their offer and makemytrip customer service is useless for any input . Their customer service reps usually dont speak English and asking us questions in Hindi and what a nightmare in booking with them . Please do not waste your time in booking , book your trip somewhere and enjoy your vacation .

They advertise for payback and offers on app and it does not work. Searching for stations does not work. Customer service does not care they try to find the fault in customers mobiles and laptops even when rest of the apps are working fine.

Well thought interface, smooth transitions and an efficient flow makes this an excellent app to use.
