No prior warning or information to user when user do the modification of flight for total charges..!!! Apple should reject this app its violet the payment policy of customer

I have the app since last December but now after the February update the app literally crashes when proceeding to make payments or while selection of flights, bus and hotels as well. This app is totally a piece of shit??

Too much foolish people working with make my trip I booked trip for singapore and they give me itenary and everything They call me 10-12 times and told me to make the payment asap . Aftr i made payment They were saying they couldnt Provide trip for me So dnt use this make my trip Cheaterssssss

If a hotel has a sale, and MMT has a large coupon code action, you can get up to 75% off prices, I found the Hilton for 60€ in Munich centre. This week I shall be paying 26€ for two in a 4* hotel in Timisoara centre. Including breakfast! Tip: split bookings to maximise the codes benefits.

Not working with Apple ios 10.1.1 not even pop up any error. I had tried couple of times to pay but it is not working I dont even know if transaction completed or not. Useless application.

I am travelling in India at the moment, and this app not only gives me great access to train schedules that Indian Rail cannot supply, I can book through this app as well.

I get sick and tired of to their notification in my emails from it app. Unsubscribe impossible. Replace the address impossible. WTF!?

There is no such function as to change the phone country code.

There is a problem when trying to see train options

I have booked hotel and flight ticket together for goa in same flight in which my family had already booked through MMT before 2 hrs i booked. I booked ticket for me wife and my 3 yr old daughter in same flight with family so we can go and come Together. I paid online through credit card and took print out for my hotel and return flight tickets. In return ticket it was not showing pnr no. So i called customer care and they said i will receive email in few hrs again for flight ticket and then i have to print out again. Next day they called and said my flight ticket is not confirmed for return as the fair raise up. It was totally non ethical excuse as i have booked Online they charged me from my credit card and next day they say because fair increase my ticket is not confirmed. Then why did they booked and charged me. After many phone calls and arguments they made my ticket in different airline and asked to pay extra charge I never expected how can MMT do this. After booking and charging online how can they say my ticket is not confirmed.. What if i have not received any call from unknown number . Then i would have come To know about this after reaching airport. Why do they charge or show tickets online on their website when they are not confirmed to book

Unfortunately, 1 is the lowest star option, I wish to give Makemytrip -5/-10 if possible. Horrible customer service, backstabbing and throwing you under the bus at the pick moment. I got ditched thrice now, 1st event happened with fake hotels booking, when I actually reached those hotels they said that Makemytrip havent paid them any money so they didnt confirmed reservation. 2nd flights, just before my flight departure these morons sent an email saying "sorry we cannot confirm your booking". 3rd event happened with hotel again. Please think about the hassle and troubles you and your family receive when people like these ditch you at the time when you are about to start your planned vacation or a business trip. Its your choice to trust these pick-pocketers.

Will not recommend. No clarity on price

This app appeared to me in a time of need. Sort of like Jesus does to other people. Jesus never appears to me, not after August 12, 1998 anyway. But yeah this app. Get it Peace
