The money int the wallet is just dissappear and the call centre was rude. This happensometime back and i was too lazy to rate or write a review. MakeMyTrip is morally corrupt company. What else to expect from a company whose cofounder doesnt respect his own religion and elders. Keyur Joshi, u cant just kill and eat anything for ur taste buds at least in the land of Buddha and Ram. Have some respect for ur parents. Shame on This company and his co founder.

Fraud company. If you dont want your hard earned money being stolen by these sleuths, just stay away

I prefer to book my flight and hotel directly on their web rather than use middle man service like yours.

An unknown Re19fla.com where i never went to is shamelessly redirecting me to makemytrip app "So this star ratings is best deserved for you, since you use such wrong means to get your app downloaded"

The app is terrible. Customer support number doesnt work. The default options available are for holiday hotel booking. I Cant find my booking using the reference number provided on the app unless you sign up even though I booked without using an ID. International credit cards do not work even though help page says they do. The support page just mentions that international cards do work

I have had to turn the notifications on Make My Trip completely off because it says way too many. I forgot how bad it was until I turned then back on today and immediate got two. One asking me if I liked the Make My Trip app. That is not an appropriate notification!!! Please give us some way to control notifications. I want to receive notifications relating to my account and my trips. I may want to receive notifications about dinner offers, but not every single one thought the world. Most people probably turn them all off because they dont need to receive 20 a day about offers that are not relevant.

Works flawless and user friendly interface make it easy to book an hotel on the go. All the beat team MMT ??

Even though I am logged in it along to Login to use there coupon .I logged out and logged in again but still it showing the same error. I dont know how the hell they designed

In what world does it make sense to spam your customers 3-5 times a day with specials and advertisements??? Yes I could turn notifications off but when I have an upcoming trips I want to be notified about any delays or changes. Please change it from 3-5 spam notifications per day to once or twice a month! Much more reasonable! Makes me want not to use your app.

We booked 5 tickets through MMT in Aug16 and flight got cancelled due to their operational issues...no intimation on canceling the flight and till now no refund and no proper response inspite of sending hundreds of mails...worst exp with MMT
