Deals are okay .But customer support is pathetic

Recently we booked a family trip to Kerala through these folks and believe me every hotel we went we had to literally wait for hrs and work on the reservations new as these irresponsible folks failed to do so . Be careful while booking especially when traveling with family.

Their customer support is one of the worst service .
