Poor customer service

I canceled 2 refundable tickets 1 week in advance and I got back 8% of the amount that I paid 2 weeks later!!! I received an email with a different amount of course!!
I wrote 7 emails, no answer or follow up!!!
Awful customer service! Refundable is a totally false statement!!
