Never expected this from MMT

I have booked hotel and flight ticket together for goa in same flight in which my family had already booked through MMT before 2 hrs i booked.

I booked ticket for me wife and my 3 yr old daughter in same flight with family so we can go and come
Together.

I paid online through credit card and took print out for my hotel and return flight tickets.

In return ticket it was not showing pnr no. So i called customer care and they said i will receive email in few hrs again for flight ticket and then i have to print out again.

Next day they called and said my flight ticket is not confirmed for return as the fair raise up.

It was totally non ethical excuse as i have booked
Online they charged me from my credit card and next day they say because fair increase my ticket is not confirmed. Then why did they booked and charged me.

After many phone calls and arguments they made my ticket in different airline and asked to pay extra charge

I never expected how can MMT do this.

After booking and charging online how can they say my ticket is not confirmed.. What if i have not received any call from unknown number . Then i would have come
To know about this after reaching airport.

Why do they charge or show tickets online on their website when they are not confirmed to book
